AREA I DIRECTOR (NEW JERSEY) | 2022 – 2025

• Strategic Planning: 
  • Developed standardized reporting processes for District IV Area Directors, ensuring alignment with the General Organization’s strategic goals.
  • Achieved over 90% Risk Management compliance for chapters in North Jersey for three out of four years.
  • Promoted civic engagement practices that enhanced member participation across multiple chapters.
  • Attained 85% execution of all four national programs across Area 1.

PRESIDENT – ZETA NU LAMBDA CHAPTER | 2020-2024

• Program Execution & Impact:

• Secured nearly $83,000 in sponsorship funding over four years, enabling the successful execution of 48 high-impact chapter initiatives with minimal financial burden on the chapter—utilizing less than 11% of chapter funds for program implementation.
• Established a four-year renewable scholarship program for high school students pursuing higher education, creating a lasting pipeline of support for academic success.
• Engineered a sustainable fundraising model by forging strategic partnerships with municipalities, state government, and corporate sponsors, ensuring long-term financial viability and expanded program reach.
• Expanded the “A Voteless People Is A Hopeless People” program into a premier statewide initiative, mobilizing voters across New Jersey and significantly increasing civic engagement.

• Membership Growth: Increased chapter membership by 19% through reclamation efforts, fostering a stronger and more engaged brotherhood.
