Sherlock Dow has spent over 30 years answering the call of servant leadership. Initiated in Fall 1992 through the Iota Rho Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., he has committed his time, talent, and voice to uplifting our Brotherhood and the communities we serve.
From the boardroom to the block, from the chapter house to the Capitol, Sherlock has built a legacy of action and accountability. Whether serving as Area I Director, Chapter President, or statewide organizer, he brings consistency, transparency, and results to every role. This campaign isn’t about change for the sake of change — it’s about elevating what’s already working and expanding Alpha’s impact across New Jersey.
